The Age-Friendly DC Livability Survey is geared towards DC residents 60+, but all are welcome to complete it. The survey consists of 42 questions derived from a World Health Organization indicator project to assess the livability of cities for older adults. The survey is available online in English and Spanish. PDF versions of the survey are available for download in seven languages below. You can print any of these off, fill them out, and turn them in to your neighborhood library.
